Integration Logistics
By helping our clients incorporate best practice logistics into their corporate strategies, we are able to deliver increased revenue at reduced cost. By leveraging information systems, operational processes, team composition and communication, we streamline the flow of critical information and ensure the right systems are in place to maximize profitability.

Program Management
As projects become more complex and combine multiple software applications, redesigned business processes, models and capabilities, the need for a Program Manager becomes evident. We have extensive experience in turning large, daunting programs into clear manageable segments.

Software Selection, Configuration and Customization
We are "technology autonomous" which allows us to make recommendations based on what works best for the client - instead of what works best for us. In many cases, we find that the existing applications and technology platforms are sufficient and require only realignment. Our ability to independently review our client's systems and issues ensure that all of the right questions have been asked and the necessary solutions have been properly vetted. If necessary, we can move forward with a streamlined software and vendor selection process to assist steering committees and executives in making informed decisions.

We look at business processes from a "clean slate" perspective and work from there to determine how our clients can best develop and improve how they conduct business. We approach process engineering holistically from materials acquisition to production to marketing and distribution and beyond.

The Changed State
You may be familiar with the concept that there are only two states when it comes to organizations - The Status Quo and A Changed State. Human nature dictates that people (and therefore companies) will stay on the Status Quo for as long as they can. In fact, there are only two reasons that people will move from Status Quo:

1. Either the Status Quo has become so painful that they must move;

2. The Changed State looks so inviting that they are compelled to move.

We work with exceptional executive teams that are compelled to move towards The Changed State but are challenged with compelling the rest of the organization to move as well.

In the majority of our engagements, typically, some portion of the organization has moved to The Changed State, but some are still stuck in The Status Quo. (in fact resisting movement at all cost) and then there are some that are lost in the transition.
